We released several new features and bug fixes in our web portal during the evening of May 13, 2019. This release affects those using both our Recreation Lending and Home Improvement Lending programs. The changes include:
Recreation Lending Features and Fixes
-
If a dealer is in Texas and has not provided us with evidence of a Section 342 license, we will not generate a direct loan agreement. The dealer should instead print their own retail installment contract for the borrower to sign.
-
Dealers now have access to run reports for application/loan details based on their access levels.
Home Improvement Lending Features and Fixes
-
The expiration period for Approvals and Counteroffers has been updated from 120 days to 150 days.
-
Contractors now have access to run reports for application/loan details based on their access levels. Sales Reps will only be able to access reporting based on their individual usage.
