Sean Baird
Sean Baird is the Vice President and Credit Manager of Medallion Bank Home Improvement Lending, and has been with the program since it began in 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on credit management. Before Sean joined Medallion Bank, he worked with First Mutual in credit management for 9 years, then First Security for 2 years. Previously, he ran the national sales finance department for KeyBank for 9 years.
Mr. Baird specializes in credit and portfolio management, team development, operations, and underwriting. He earned his degree in Finance and Business from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland.
Sean has three children and enjoys participating in triathlons. In his spare time, he also coaches and referees soccer for children.
